You can find it at the far forward of the buffet on the left side. We particularly enjoyed the Indian station, which offered excellent dishes for all three meals, with many vegetarian choices. It's huge, with some repeating stations and some surprise standalones, so make a full pass of all the stations before loading up a plate.
